Dr Norman Swan, host of ABC Radio National’s the Health Report, will deliver our keynote address. In his unique and entertaining style, he’ll delve into the evolving world of health service quality and safety improvement.
Dr Swan will then invite our expert panel to provide perspectives based on their experiences of the challenges, barriers, and what works when using data to drive improvement in health care. The audience will be encouraged to get involved in the discussion with questions and comments.
