Safer Care Victoria is helping ensure the patient voice is heard, by actively engaging with patients, families and carers to inform our work, the work of our partners and frontline health service delivery.

We also collect patient feedback and experience through the Victorian health experience survey, complaints and sentinel event reports.

To help you improve patient engagement and experience, we are developing a suite of tools, including training and recruitment guides. These will also help your Consumer Advisory Councils and consumer representatives engage with their community.
