This webinar aims to introduce the 'caring@home' resources and discuss how the resources can be used by services to support carers and deliver high-quality palliative care to people who wish to be cared for, and if possible, to die at home.
The webinar will include:
- a short presentation about the caring@home resources
- a panel discussion with five healthcare professionals who use the resources
- questions from participants.
